Bindo Umaru Jibrilla is the current Governor of Adamawa state. he was born on 15th April 1963, He is a Nigerian businessman who became the candidate of the People's Democratic Party in 9 April 2011 Senatorial election for the Adamawa North district, and went on to be elected to the national senate.
He became the Governor of Adamawa state on 29th May 2015, under the APC platform.
