Biography of Benedict Ayade

Benedict Bengioushuye Ayade is the current governor of  Cross River state, he was born on 2 March 1969 in Cross River state.

He had his university careers at University of Ibadan, Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma and Delta State University, Abraka,

He was a Lecturer. An environmental consultant, he was appointed Chairman of the Ecological fund, Chairman of the International Institute of Environmental Research and a member of SPAC.

He worked on Groundwater Remediation in Nigeria, and invented a sewage treatment plant based on solar energy.

He later joined politics by becoming a member of the People Democratic Party.
In April 9, 2011, He contested for the position of a Senator, not having any serious competitor in the race, he won with 91,123 votes. His closest rival Patrick Agbe of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), had 11,056 votes. 
During his term in the senate, he was appointed Vice-Chairman of the Senate committee on Environment and Ecology. He was also a member of other senate committees such as committees on Education, Marine Transport, Petroleum Downstream, and Drugs/Narcotics/Crime etc.

On April 11, 2015, Benedict contested and won election as the governor of Cross River State on the platform of People's Democratic Party (PDP).

Biography of Aminu Bello Masari

Aminu Bello Masari is the current Governor of Katsina State, he was born on 29th of May 1950. He  is an indigene of Katsina State.
He was the speaker of the Nigerian House of Representatives between the year  2003

He ran unsuccessfully for the office of Katsina State Governor in the 2011 election under the platform of defunct Congress for Progressive Change.

In December 2014, he emerged as the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress for the March 2015 elections.

He was declared winner of 11 April 2015 Katsina State Governorship election, defeating his arch-rival Musa Nashuni.
